Nutcracker 2011 Open Community Auditions

Performances will take place December 10-24, 2011 at Irvine Barclay Theatre and feature internationally acclaimed guest artists from American Ballet Theatre:

Gillian Murphy and Gennadi Saveliev
Irina Dvorovenko and Maxim Beloserkovsky

Auditions:

Saturday, September 10th
at Southland Ballet Academy, Fountain Valley Studio
9527 Garfield Avenue
Fountain Valley, CA 92708

Audition Times:
(Age as of September 1, 2011)

Ages 7-8: 10am - 11am
Ages 8-9: 9am - 10am
Ages 10-13: 9am - 10:30am
Ages 13 & up, with a minimum of 2 years of Pointe: 11am - 12:30pm

Cost: $20 cash at the audition or prior through Paypal

Students selected to participate in The Nutcracker are required to take a set number of ballet classes per week.  Participants are welcome to take at Southland Ballet Academy, but are encouraged to remain at their home studio throughout the rehearsal process.
