Elizabeth Chasteler
Elizabeth Chasteler is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in dance and a bachelor of science in mathematics. Her list of awards and recognitions includes the Disney Creative Arts Scholarship, the Amanda Borad Dance Scholarship (2001), and a full dance scholarship funded by Mr. William Gillespie. She was chosen to take part in the National Choreographic Initiative presented at the Barclay, and was a semi-finalist at the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards in 2000 and 2001. Chasteler began her dance training with Salwa Rizkalla at Southland Ballet Academy where she is currently a full-time faculty member. She joined Festival Ballet Theatre in 2000.
